Nominate a Colleague for a Ray of Sunshine Kudos

In honour of our colleague Dr. Raymond Au, RH MSA is pleased to offer Ray of Sunshine Awards — peer-nominated kudos recognizing colleagues who go above and beyond in their work.

Dr. Au was a highly respected psychiatrist at Richmond Hospital — kind, compassionate, and deeply committed to patient care.

You’re invited to submit nominations for colleagues who shine in one or more of the following categories:
1. Exceptional clinical care
2. Collegiality and teamwork
3. Acts of kindness
4. Integrity in interactions with patients and staff
5. Civility and respect in the workplace

Each nomination submission can highlight one category, and you’re welcome to nominate more than one colleague by submitting multiple entries.

* Recipients of a Ray of Sunshine will receive a coffee-break coupon to use at the RH Starbucks. Coffee-break coupons are a maximum of one per month per medical staff member.
* We encourage interdepartmental nominations.
* The nominee’s name and written submission may be displayed in the physician lounge, newsletter or luncheon.
