• Come up with a project idea or engagement activity

  Have you identified a gap in protocols, procedures or delivery of patient care?
  Do you have an idea to enhance physician participation on important initiatives at Richmond Hospital?
  Do you see an opportunity to bring physicians together across departments and disciplines?

• Complete the Project Funding Application

  The Project Funding Application form is online, quick and easy! Support is available here.

• Discuss next steps

  The Project Manager will contact you to ensure your application will shine and to answer any questions.

• Application review by the Project Review Committee

  This subcommittee of the RHPS Working Group will make recommendations based on the project proposals.

• Project approval decision by the RHPS Working Group

  You may be asked to present your proposal to the Project Review Committee and/or RHPS Working Group.

• Final ratification by the RHPS Executive

  You will then be notified of next steps.
