RH MSA Recruitment and Retention Initiative Funding Application
Purpose: To provide funding to support Department/Division leaders and their members to carry out initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention efforts
Amount:
- A maximum of 1 hour of FEMS funding will be provided for members.
- Max $5000 per department (pending on availability of funds, on a first-come, first-served basis).
- Each member is eligible for up to a $30 meal stipend. Please submit a photo of the receipt with your FEMS claim. If your expense is under $30, you will be reimbursed for the actual amount. For group bills, the reimbursement is limited to a maximum of $30 per participant.
Note:
1. Funding must be approved before the meeting or activity takes place.
2. Department member(s) can apply on behalf of the Department Head, with the approval of the Department Head.
3. Lead and members are required to fill in a survey on completion of this initiative and for FEMS approval. Please click here to complete the survey.
