“Thanks to the support from RHPS, I was able to turn an idea to improve patient care and flow into an actual Quality Improvement project. The work I did with the FE funding gave me the confidence to expand it into a larger QI initiative. Without that support, I would never have started it in the first place. This work also brought an improved working relationship between our physician group and the multidisciplinary team. We now have a much better understanding of each other’s role in improving patient care and creating an efficient discharge process.”
