Project Lead: Dr. Nancy Austin

The ED Strategic Planning session, held in March 2018, was a success. Physicians, nurses, clerical staff, educators and managers attended the day-long session which was exceptionally facilitated by Clair Wing. A vision for the year, as well as the following 12 months, was developed. A number of small quality improvements that came out of the session and the team building and engagement are already evident within the Emergency Department.
