The oneVCH Awards shine a spotlight on the individuals and teams who go above and beyond and inspire others to excel.

The awards are open to medical staff, staff and volunteers who are making a positive impact. Everyone is encouraged and welcome to make a nomination. The process is easy and quick – complete the nomination form by June 30, 2025.

There are 15 award categories that celebrate outstanding individuals in the Individual awards category and exceptional teams in the Teams and Pillar award categories. This year, we’re excited to introduce two new awards:

• Healthy People Champion – An individual or team committed to health, wellness, equity and prevention initiatives, inspiring others and taking meaningful action to improve the well-being of the people we serve and those we work alongside.
• Research and Innovation Champion – An individual or team who contributes to a vibrant culture of research and innovation, supporting better outcomes for the people we serve and greater sustainability for our health system.

We also have awards in Exceptional Care, Everyday Hero (clinical), Leadership and more. Learn more about the award categories.

A selection committee of staff, medical staff and leaders from throughout our organization will review the nominations. The recipients will be celebrated at an awards ceremony in the late fall.
